Abstract

|
This Paper is a kind of study on the changing actual condition of Japanese Retirement Benefit System.
Actually, Japan came to search for the rationalization program of its retirement benefit system in the process of the change as to the employment and wages policy of the enterprises in order to cope with the problems from which Japanese low economic growth and the rapid progress of the aging society were derived.
In other words, the change of retirement benift system is brought about by the introduction of the change of computing method of retirement benefit to restrict on burden to be paid, the system of pension on a lump sum for the equalization of reserve fund and retirement system, the age limit system and early retirement preferential system.
Therefore, I studied on the specific contents and characteristics of it through this paper. In the light of this, in addition, I investigated the direction toward the desirable development of legal retirement benefit system as well as the problems related to optionalization of legal retirement benefit especially in Korea.
